Private Reference Only
The site does not speak for the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office, Sarasota Clerk, Florida Department of Corrections, Florida Commission on Offender Review, BOP, ICE, or any government body. It cannot change custody, confirm a live release, issue a record, accept bond, or provide legal advice. Florida Statutes Chapter 119 governs access to records maintained by Florida agencies, not records supposedly held by this private site.

Florida Law Controls
Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida. Nothing in this clause expands a court’s jurisdiction or waives a defense available by law.
Severability
If a court finds one term invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective. The affected clause will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
